This dashboard analyzes nationwide HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers & Systems)  survey data. Users can view any hospital in the United States, compare its scores against peer facilities, and filter results by State  and Hospital Size  to customize the comparison group. Project Overview Built an interactive Tableau dashboard analyzing 9,216 ER visits  to uncover patterns in wait times, patient demographics, and referral trends . Designed for hospital operations and population health teams. View Interactive Dashboard Key Insights (What Matters) Average Wait Time:  35.26 minutes. Which is stable across months, but spikes early mornings (6–8 AM) . Average Satisfaction
